Helpful Information
How Word to PDF conversion works
The converter reads your .docx file and renders each page as a PDF. Paragraphs, headings, bold and italic text, tables, embedded images, and page breaks are carried over as they appear in the original file. The conversion uses a real Office rendering engine for accurate output.
What gets preserved
Text formatting (bold, italic, underline, font sizes), paragraph styles, headings, bullet and numbered lists, tables with borders and alignment, embedded images and charts, and page breaks all transfer to the PDF. The layout matches what you see in Word as closely as possible.
Supported formats
The modern .docx format is always supported. Legacy .doc binary files are also converted when a compatible Office engine is available on the server. If you have a very old .doc file, consider opening it in Word or LibreOffice and saving as .docx first.
